Northborough Fire Department Detail Request Form

Please be aware that contractors and companies requesting a detail MUST SCHEDULE THE DETAIL FORTY-EIGHT (48) HOURS IN ADVANCED. The Department will determine the number of detail firefighters required based on the work being completed. There is a four (4) hour minimum detail fee of 247.00 per detailed firefighter required twenty-four hours (24) in advance. Furthermore, if any scheduled detail is cancelled with less than four (4) hours notice, said contractor or company will forfeit the fee paid for the detail. ANY REQUEST SUBMITTED AFTER 4:00 PM FRIDAY FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK MUST BE FOLLOWED UP BY A PHONE CALL TO THE STATION 508-393-1537 NOTE: IF REQUESTING MULTIPLE DATES A SEPARATE FORM MUST BE COMPLETED FOR EACH DATE REQUESTED
