In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, the Northborough Planning Board will hold a public hearing on January 3, 2023 at 6:00pm to consider the application for Site Plan Approval submitted by the Northborough & Southborough Public School District for the replacement of two existing athletic fields, a track, 9 tennis courts, spectator seating, lighting and construction of associated improvements at the athletic complex on the property located at 79 Bartlett Street, Map 52, Parcel 88, in the Residential C Zoning District and Groundwater Protection Overlay District Area 3.
