In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, the Northborough Planning Board will hold a public hearing on October 4, 2022 at 6:00pm to consider the application for a Site Plan Approval in the Residential A and B Districts, submitted by Vadim Lozko, for site disturbance of 42,500 sf of land area for the purposes of construction of a single family house on the property located at 317 Crawford Street, Assessors Map 41, Parcel 1.
Pursuant to Chapter 22 of the Acts of 2022, An Act Relative to Extending Certain COVID-19 Measures Adopted During the State of Emergency, signed into law on July 16, 2022, this meeting will be conducted via remote participation.
