Complaint Form

Residents experiencing nuisances in Northborough are urged to report their complaints to the town. We work closely with organizations, including Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and the Attorney General’s Office (AGO). Residents should provide their contact information if they are comfortable doing so.

Please provide as much detail or descriptors as possible to explain the nuisance. For example, rather than a "garbage" odor, it is more helpful to know if it is rotting fruit, or compost, or other specific odors.
For example, did you close windows or have to postpone outdoor activities?
