Conservation Commission
There will be a meeting of the Northborough Conservation Commission on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at 6:00 pm.
Pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2022, An Act Relative to Extending Certain COVID-19 Measures Adopted During the State of Emergency, signed into law on July 16, 2022, this meeting will be conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance by members of the public will be permitted. To participate in the public comment portion of this public hearing go to Northborough Remote Meetings YouTube Channel or the Town website for Zoom information.
The meeting will include the following hearings pursuant to MGL Chapter 131, Section 40, the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, the Northborough Wetlands Protection Bylaw, and the Stormwater Management and Land Disturbance Bylaw:
Application for a Stormwater Management and Land Disturbance Permit for 100 Bearfoot Road (Map 215, Parcel 0043) by Monocled Tycoon Real Estate Trust, LLC seeking permission to alter an area greater than one acre for proposed additions/expansions of the existing warehouse building.
Application for a Notice of Intent for 93 Maynard Street (Map 20, Parcel 15) by Marc and Raquel Menezes for proposed restoration of four impacted areas within the BVW, buffer zone and riverfront area.
Application for a Notice of Intent for 0 Hudson Street (Map 53, Parcels 19, 20 & 21) by Scott Goddard, Circle Assets, LLC to construct two duplexes with associated appurtenances that alter bordering vegetated wetlands, riverfront area, and bordering land subject to flooding
