Notice of Public Hearing: 07/20/2022
There will be a meeting of the Northborough Conservation Commission on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 6:00 pm. Pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, An Act Relative to Extending Certain COVID-19 Measures Adopted During the State of Emergency, signed into law on June 16, 2021, this meeting will be conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance by members of the public will be permitted. To participate in the public comment portion of this public hearing go to Northborough Remote Meetings YouTube Channel or Town website for Zoom information.
The meeting will include the following hearings pursuant to MGL Chapter 131, Section 40, the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Northborough Wetlands Protection Bylaw:
Notice of Intent Application for 33 Church Street (Map 54, Parcels 42 & 94) by Veronica Harman for a proposed deck replacement and proposed 10’x10’ patio.
