                        Acceptance of grant from the MetroWest Health Foundation for programing that will combat senior social isolation over the winter.

                        Update regarding traffic concerns in the vicinity of Bartlett Street.

1. Consideration and possible vote for No Parking Zone along Bartlett Street.
2. Acceptance of deed for property located at 61 and 65 West Main Street, Northborough for general municipal purposes, including but not limited, to a Fire Station.
3. Renewal of Selectmen's Licenses for the Calendar Year 2021.
4. Interview Subcommittee - Recommendation for appointments to the Master Plan Implementation Committee
5. Execution of Cemetery Deed 1108, 1109, 1110, 1111.
6. Any other business to come before the Board.
7. Executive Session - pursuant to M.G.L., Chapter 30A, Section 21, Subsection 3 (Litigation – Marlborough Wastewater Treatment Plant) due to the Chair's determination that a discussion regarding these matters in an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the position of the Board.
