AROUND TOWN:
Have you seen the stunning mural of Town Hall and the Aqueduct, located inside the grocery entrance of Walmart? This beautiful artwork, created by Sarah Egan, captures the essence of Northborough in a uniquely creative way. We hope to collaborate with Sarah on future projects for the town.

The Town of Northborough has filed a request with the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities (DPU) to approve its municipal aggregation plan. This plan allows the town to procure electricity on behalf of its residents, automatically enrolling those not already with a competitive electric supplier, unless they opt-out. The town has engaged MassPowerChoice, LLC to assist with this initiative and is seeking waivers for certain information disclosure requirements. A virtual public hearing via Zoom is scheduled for June 25, 2024, to receive public comments. Written comments can also be submitted via email by June 24, 2024.
