To consider the petition of Selim Tanriverdi for an Appeal of the determination by Robert J. Frederico, CBO, Inspector Building/Zoning Enforcement Office, that the repair of motor vehicles is not allowed at the property located at 34 Hamilton Road, Map 100 Parcel 37, in the Residential C zoning district.

To consider the petition of Rodney Haddad for a Variance/Special Permit/Special Permit with Site Plan Approval/Special Permit Groundwater Overlay District for a rear-yard setback for the construction of a 38 x 30 single story garage on the property located at 11 Thayer Street, Map 105 Parcel 37, in the Residential C zoning district and Groundwater Overlay District 2.
