In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, the Northborough Zoning Board of Appeals will hold public hearings on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 6:00pm to consider the following applications. Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Provisions of the imposing strict limitations on the number of people that they may gather in one place, this meeting of the Northborough Zoning Board of Appeals will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible.

Continuation of the consideration of the petition of NB Real Estate, LLC, for a Variance/Special Permit/Special Permit with Site Plan Approval/Special Permit, Groundwater Protection Overlay District, to allow partial demolition of the existing building, and to replace it with a new building that will be, approximately, in the existing footprint, on the property located at 56 Hudson Street, Map 54 Parcel 84, in the Downtown Neighborhood District and Groundwater Protection Overlay District Area 3.
