Create a beautiful Valentine’s Day card to give or display. Paper Quilling uses strips of paper that are rolled,
shaped, and glued together to create decorative designs. It may look hard but it’s relatively easy to do. Our
Watercolors teacher Jessica will lead you through the process. Try this class and you may find a new hobby.
