AARP TAXAIDE FOR 2021 TAX SEASON

The AARP TAXAIDE program offers free tax preparation assistance for both Federal
and State Income Tax returns. The program is intended for low or moderate income
taxpayers. Volunteers will be available at the Center on Wednesdays through early
April to prepare returns. This very popular program is managed on an appointment
only policy. Please know that in accordance with AARP policy, both counselors and
taxpayers must wear a mask. All volunteers are vaccinated, and AARP asks that
taxpayers also be vaccinated.

Please call 508-393-3035 to schedule your 15- minute appointment and bring
your tax information. At the time of the appointment, a volunteer tax counselor will
complete an intake form and review the documents. A second appointment will
be scheduled for later that same day to pick up the completed return. Returns are
prepared at the Center and the return is Quality reviewed. Both visits need to be the
same day. AARP can not keep documents overnight and documents are destroyed
if a taxpayer does not return.
