Exercise helps arthritis! Studies show that
Tai Chi is a great exercise. Join us for this
special form of Tai Chi designed specifically for
arthritis by Dr. Paul Lam, an arthritis sufferer,
who wanted an alternative to medication.
We begin with gentle stretching known as
Qi Gong, then we learn step by step the Sun
Arthritis form. After practicing Tai Chi for 45
minutes we have a guided healing meditation.
Then you will be ready for a beautiful day!
