In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, the Northborough Planning Board will hold a public hearing on September 20, 2022 at 6:20pm to consider the application for a Modification to a Special Permit in the Industrial District and Special Permit per Groundwater Protection Overlay District Area 3 for 30 Forbes Road, Building B, Map 15, Parcel 15-18, submitted by Aspen Aerogels, for expansion of research and development use. Application and plans, prepared by Highpoint Engineering, Inc., are on file at the Town Clerk’s office, the Planning Director’s office, and the Planning Department’s webpage.
Pursuant to Chapter 22 of the Acts of 2022, An Act Relative to Extending Certain COVID-19 Measures Adopted During the State of Emergency, signed into law on July 16, 2022, this meeting will be conducted via remote participation.
