Licensing Regulations

All dogs six months of age or older must be licensed annually at the town clerk’s office.

The “License period” is defined as the time between January 1st and the following December 31st, both dates inclusive.

The fees for licenses are: $15.00 for all spayed and neutered dogs, and $20.00 for all intact male and female dogs.

A $25.00 late license fee becomes effective March 1st.

Failure to license can result in an additional $25.00 court fine, plus court costs.
