Conservation Commission
There will be a meeting of the Northborough Conservation Commission on Monday, April 11, 2022 at 6:00 pm. Pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, An Act Relative to Extending Certain COVID-19 Measures Adopted During the State of Emergency, signed into law on June 16, 2021, this meeting will be conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance by members of the public will be permitted. To participate in the public comment portion of this public hearing go to Northborough Remote Meetings YouTube Channel or Town website for Zoom information.
The meeting will include the following hearings pursuant to MGL Chapter 131, Section 40, the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Northborough Wetlands Protection Bylaw:
Notice of Intent for 45 Belmont Street (Map 110, Parcel 001/000) by Jalisco Enterprises, LLC for a septic system repair.
Notice of Intent for 15 Settlers Roads (Map 78, Parcel 7) by 15 Settlers Realty Trust for the proposed construction of a single-family house and associated site work.
Notice of Intent for 137 Madison Road (Map 101, Parcel 85) by Rony Noreldin for the proposed construction of a patio and steps within the buffer zone to a pond.
Notice of Intent for Lincoln Street (Cold Harbor Book-Culvert) for the proposed replacement of the Cold Harbor Brook culvert and associated site work.
