Have you noticed that your balance is a little off and not what it used to be?  In this much requested topic of “Balance Training”, we will learn why this happens and what we can do to improve our balance, maintain the ability to do daily tasks, and decrease our risk of injury and falls. 

During this program, we will learn and participate in exercises that will strengthen our ability to balance.  Comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended.
