Optimize Immunity Virtual Workshop

The time period between October and March brings about the threat of influenza, also known as the flu virus.  People are more susceptible to catching the flu and other sicknesses when their immune system is weakened.  Join us for this workshop where we will learn what we can do to stay healthy through the winter months! 

This one-hour virtual workshop will be offered on Tuesday, January 31st beginning at 10am.
