In your effort to live a long healthy life it’s easy to become overwhelmed by all the information out there.  Focusing on five essential categories (pillars) of health is a good way to achieve good health and happiness.  Join Peg Doyle for this five-week series that explores each of the following pillars of health:

  • Week One: Nutrition
  • Week Two: Movement
  • Week Three: Sleep
  • Week Four: Stress Management
  • Week Five: Social Connections
