The Town of Northborough invites commercial real estate development firms/individuals to submit proposals for the purchase and development of .42 acres of the former Northborough Fire Station located at 13 Church Street in Northborough, MA. Walkthrough of the site is scheduled for January 4, 2022 at 10:00am at 13 Church Street. Proposals due 2/9/2022 at 2pm to the Office of the Town Administrator, Northborough Town Hall, 63 Main Street, Northborough, MA 01532.
