In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, the Northborough Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at 6:00pm to consider the following applications. Pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, An Act Relative to Extending Certain COVID-19 Measures Adopted During the State of Emergency, signed into law on June 16, 2021, this meeting of the Northborough Board of Appeals will be conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance by members of the public will be permitted.

To consider the petition of Bruce & Diana Wentworth for a Variance for construction of an attached, two-car garage on the property located at 27 Ridge Road, Map 65, Parcels 77 & 78, in the Residential C Zoning District and Groundwater Protection Overlay District Area 2.

To consider the petition of Scott Haungs for a Variance for construction of a 16’ x 24’ deck on the property located at 14 Patriot Drive, Map 63, Parcel 29, in the General Residential Zoning District.

To consider the petition of 22 Colburn Street Realty Street Trust for a Special Permit for demolition of an existing, single-family home and construction of a new single-family home on a new position on the property located at 22 Colburn Street, Map 29, Parcel 52, in the Residential C Zoning District and Groundwater Protection Overlay District Area 2.
