How to Join NCC

As we aspire to grow the arts within our community, use it as a catalyst for understanding among cultures, and cultivate and expand opportunities for local artists, the NCC needs the community’s input and support.

We are made up of volunteers who are appointed by our chief elected official for 3 year terms.  Please fill out the below form if you are interested in joining our fun, creative and wonderful group of culturally minded members.  You do not need to be an artist to join!
