As part of the Town’s Phase III Reopening Plan, Town Hall will be open by appointment only for
limited hours beginning Monday, August 17, 2020. Persons wishing to meet with town staff at Town
Hall must contact the respective department head and schedule an appointment. Contact information
can be found on the Town’s website or on the attached phone list.
The hours that Town Hall will offer meetings by appointment are as follows:
9:00 AM to Noon on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and Noon to 3:00 PM on Thursdays
All visitors entering Town Hall must comply with the following to be allowed entry:
All scheduled appointments will be held in the gymnasium. Visitors will not be allowed access to
the upper building floors. Meetings are with staff only and not Boards or Commissions as those
meetings are being conducted remotely.
Residents, businesses, and property owners can also continue to utilize the Outside Drop- Box 24/7
accessible at the side building entrance nearest the parking lot.
These additional services provide an opportunity for residents, businesses, property owners and
visitors to conduct business at Town Hall in a safe manner in addition to the ability to conduct
business on-line and by telephone. To ensure the safety of you, your families, and our employees,
please only make appointments to meet in Town Hall if your business cannot be conducted or handled
on-line, through remote meetings, or via telephone.
