PUBLIC NOTICE

ADVANCED REMOVAL OF EARLY VOTED BALLOTS

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 54 section 25B as amended by Section 10 of Chapter 92 of the Acts of 2022, the Town of Northborough will be opening early voted ballots at the Town Hall Offices, 63 Main Street on Thursday February 29th 9am

We respectfully ask that any observers register in advance (before the end of the business day prior) for processing of early voted ballots by emailing townclerk@town.northborough.ma.us

All ballots opened in advance will be secured and transported to the polls on election day to be processed. In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 54 section 25B as amended by Section 10 of Chapter 92 of the Acts of 2022, no results shall be determined or announced until after the time the polls close on March 5th.
