Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Board of Assessors will be conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance by members of the public will be permitted.

I. Call to order, roll call.

II. Move to Executive Session pertinent to Mass General Laws Chapter 30A Section 21a,

purpose 7: to comply with, or act under the authority of, any general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements; in accordance with MGL Ch 59 Sec 60 requiring confidentiality

  • • Review Chapter Land applications
  • • Review of Motor Vehicle Excise Abatement Applications
  • • Review applications: Senior & Veterans Exemption, CPA, Tax Deferral
  • • Review parcel valuations

III. Move to end Executive Session
