Chapter Land Information and Applications
Chapter Land Applications are due by October 1st of the year prior to the year that you are applying for. For example, for Fiscal Year 2025 which starts on July 1, 2024, applications must be filed by October 1, 2023.
Applications are typically mailed out by September 1 to property owners that had property assessed under one of the three chapters in the current fiscal year.
When submitting the Chapter Land Application, please include the Property Owner's Acknowledgement of Rights and Obligations for Chapter 61, 61A, or 61B.
