REAL ESTATE TAX EXEMPTION
An exemption is a partial or full deduction in taxes, as determined by State law MGL Ch 59 § 5. All applicants are required to provide supporting documents. For assistance, please call 508-393-5005.
Qualification and Filing Date
All qualifications must be met by July 1st of each year. The final deadline for submittal of all applications is April 1st of each year.

SENIOR WORK-OFF PROGRAM
Eligble seniors may reduce up to $1500 on their real estate tax bills by working part-time for the Town of Northborough. For information, please call the Senior Center, 508-393-5035.
Minimum Qualifications:
Age 60 or older.
There are no income or asset limits.
There are residency requirements.
