nutrition, and participants will get a hands-on opportunity to help prepare and cook. The best part is everyone gets to sample these delicious dishes and leaves with the recipes to make these dishes at home.

ROCKING THE BOROUGHS CONCERT AT THE FLANAGAN THEATER AT SOUTHGATE IN SHREWSBURY

Flanagan Theater at Southgate in Shrewsbury.
Rocking the Boroughs sings rock and roll songs from the 50s, 60s, and 70s. This group was inspired by the Young at Heart Chorus (youngatheartchorus.com) and practices at the Senior Center on
Thursdays at 1:00 PM. This group held it’s first sold out performance at the Northborough Senior Center last year to rave reviews. Don’t miss your chance to see them this June. If you love to
sing rock and roll consider joining this amazing group.

Mark your calendars for the end of school and the start of
summer. Grab your favorite kids (grandkids, nieces and
nephews, favorite neighbors) and their bikes and head to the Senior Center where
Northborough Police will run a safety check and review safe biking rules for your
young riders. The Uhlman’s Ice Cream Truck will be here for a special treat and
there will be a kid friendly craft to make.
