Northborough Zoning Board of Appeals
In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, the Northborough Zoning Board
of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 7pm to consider the
application for a Variance in the Residential C Zoning District, submitted by Craig Najarian, for
relief of the rear and side setback requirements for the pool and deck structure for the
property located at 60 Northgate Road, Assessors Map 94, Parcel 22. Pursuant to Chapter
22 of the Acts of 2022, An Act Relative to Extending Certain COVID-19 Measures Adopted
During the State of Emergency, signed into law on July 16, 2022, this meeting of the
Northborough Board of Appeals will be conducted via remote participation. No
in-person attendance by members of the public will be permitted.
