Health and Wellness Nurse Office Hours Returns to the Senior Center!
We are pleased to announce our collaboration with the Board of Health to staff nurse consultation every Monday and Wednesday morning from 9:00 to noon. Funding for this collaboration is a direct result of a three-year Massachusetts Department of Public Health grant.
This is a great opportunity to stop by for a blood pressure check, discuss concerns about medications or strategize how to get the most from an upcoming appointment with your primary care physician. Mondays are by appointment and Wednesday are walk-in appointments. Please call to schedule an appointment at 508-393-5035.
INTRODUCING RN CELESTE KOPECH
Hi everyone, my name is Celeste Kopech. I am a Registered Nurse and working for the Salmon VNA and Northborough Board of Health. I will be providing Blood Pressure checks and answer medication and general health questions. I have worked in Acute Care, Home Care and Board of Health settings for several years. I’m looking forward to meeting and working with you. My hours are Mondays and Wednesday from 9am-12pm at the Northborough Senior Center.
