Northborough Planning Board

In accordance with the provisions of MGL Ch. 40A and Article 89 of the Amendments to the

Constitution of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Northborough Planning Board will hold a

public hearing on December 6, 2022 at 6:05pm for the purpose of seeking public opinion on proposed

amendments to the following sections of the Northborough Planning Board Rules and Regulations:

Section 6.0 Common Driveway Regulations
Section 7.0 Site Plan Review Regulations
Section 9.0 Standards

Pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, An Act Relative to Extending Certain COVID-19 Measures

Adopted During the State of Emergency, signed into law on June 16, 2021, as amended by Chapter 22

of the Acts of 2022, this meeting will be conducted via remote participation. No in-person
