Cultural Council
The Northborough Cultural Council (NCC) was established to promote the arts and help develop cultural programs throughout the community by establishing funding priorities that aim to bring community-oriented arts, music, and humanities projects to Northborough.

An installation of hand painted adirondack chairs in one of our town's public outdoor spaces.
Northborough Open Studios Sat. May 18,2024 11am - 3pm
The Northborough Open Studios Tour will take place at businesses, on sidewalks, and community spots around town, where artists and art businesses will showcase their work and do mini classes or demonstrations for our community.
Northborough Porchfest Sat. June 22, 2024 (RAIN DATE June 23rd) 2pm - 6pm
This community organized music festival shines a spotlight on the exceptional musical talent in our community and creates a space for everyone to find the joy that live music conveys.
This year, the NCC distributed $6,800 in grants to 21 local artists and organizations.
Did you know the state sets term limits on Cultural Council members? They do, and so we are looking for new candidates to continue the work on our three major efforts, the LOVE Northborough Public Art Campaign, CultureFest, and Granting to Local Artists and Organizations. We need you to be part of changing the face of Northborough for the better with public art, festivals, and community events. Please consider joining the council.
