Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Board of Selectmen and Appropriations Committee will be conducted via remote participation.  No in-person attendance by members of the public will be permitted.

                        Section 31, in response to the State of Emergency following the COVID-19 outbreak.

  1. Assignment of Town Meeting Warrant Articles.
  2. Vote on Town Meeting Warrant Article Recommendations.
  3. Approval to obtain deficit spending authority for continued operation for the month of July 2020 in the event of a delay in FY2021 budget adoption, as authorized by Section 5 of Chapter 53 of the Acts of 2020.  
  4. Approval of NEDP Memorandum of Understanding.
  5. Reappointment of Special Police Officers.
  6. Next Meeting Date.
  7. Any other business to come before the Board.
