Learn to make Sushi at home. The menu includes Miso Soup, Sushi Rice, Sushi American Style (no raw fish used), Makimono (Rolled Sushi), Inside Out Sushi, DIY Hand Rolls, Dipping Sauces, as well as Sushi Etiquette. Rose’s class includes discussions about the ingredients and nutrition, and participants get hands on opportunities to help prepare and cook. The best part is everyone gets to sample these delicious dishes and leaves with the recipes to make these dishes at home.
