Note: Priority given to those not already enrolled in our other strength and balance classes and Northborough residents.

We are excited to offer this new session of Strength and Balance with Latha.  The best way to prevent a fall is to perform exercises that strengthen your legs, increase your balance, and improve your breathing pattern (breathing can play a role in your balance!). This class can be done sitting or standing.  The class consists of 5 minutes of warm-ups, 15 minutes of weights, 10minutes of resistance bands, 10 minutes of balancing exercise, and 5 minutes of cool down with breathing and relaxation.
