The Northborough Senior Center is pleased to partner with SALMON VNA & Hospice to provide an onsite wellness nurse. The nurse offers a clinic on the third Tuesday of every month from 12:30 – 2:00 PM, which will include general health screening and education, referrals, preventative health care advice, medication consultations, and glucose screening for those individuals who bring their own glucometers. Often times, people feel rushed when seeing their physician. This wellness clinic is an opportunity to sit with the nurse in a confidential setting and review health questions. Additionally, the Northborough Board of Health has generously partnered with SALMON VNA & Hospice to offer a blood pressure clinic the first Tuesday of every month from 1:00 – 2:00 PM at the Senior Center
