QIGONG TAI CHI FOR HEALTH AND VITALITY

Qi means "breath, or vital life force" and gong means "to cultivate or work". Qigong is a lifestyle, living in harmony with nature; a way of exercise, meditation, and practices of the
body, mind, and spirit. Tai Chi is a sequence of fluid movements using the principles of Qigong movements to help reduce stress and high blood pressure, improve balance and
flexibility to reduce the risk of falling, and increase endurance and mobility, In this class we will begin with Qigong warm ups and then progress into Tai Chi movements. Qigong
Tai Chi is suitable for people of all ages, standing or sitting. Please wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes when doing this exercise. Rose Lee has been teaching Chinese
martial arts for more than 20 years in fitness clubs, retirement communities and senior centers. She is an inspiring enthusiastic instructor.
