The kennel office phone number is 508-842-8208. Non-emergency messages should be left on the voice mail. All calls will be returned as soon as possible, during regular business hours. The Northborough Police Department should be called at 508-393-1515 for any emergency situation. They will try to page or radio one of us.
The nature of animal control work often requires the Dog Officer to be away from the kennel. Times should be pre-arranged with the Dog Officer for the release of impounded dogs, or any other business that needs to take place at the kennel building.
On weeknights after 5 PM, or on weekends and holidays, an Assistant Dog Officer can usually be reached, through the Police Department at 508-393-1515, to respond to an emergency problem, or to pick up a stray dog that is in the custody of a resident.
