Mission Statement
The Board of Health is dedicated to keeping the Town of Northborough a healthy and environmentally safe place to live. We strive to do this through the development and implementation of programs that seek to prevent the outbreak of infectious diseases and by controlling environmental health hazards.
Through the enforcement of State statutes and regulations regarding on-site sewerage treatment and disposal systems (Title V), restaurant sanitation and tobacco control we further endeavor to protect, preserve and improve the health of our citizens.
We promote sanitary living conditions for all our residents and strive to protect the environment from damage and pollution.
