The Zoning Board of Appeals consists of five members and two alternates appointed by the Board of Selectmen for three-year terms. The Board shall hear and decide all appeals of actions taken by the Building Inspector on matters which arise out of the enforcement of Town bylaws relating to the construction, reconstruction, demolition or repair of buildings and other structures within the Town. The Board of Appeals shall also hear and decide all appeals of actions taken by the Planning Board and other town officers under the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Control
Regulations.
