• Prepare a brochure on the Historical Commission
• Create a project to celebrate National History Month (May)
• Cable shows on preservation issues, historical sites in N'boro, etc.
• Inventory all Historical & Memorial Markers
• Inventory all Dam sites
• Develop a plan for new Historical Markers throughout town
• Update the "Tour of Northboro" brochure
• Prepare copies of the "Tour of Northboro" video for sale
• "Old Boston Post Road" article
• Inventory Graves at Brigham St. Cemetery
• Signage for current Historic District
• Locate/Identify Old Indian Burial Sites
• Interview long time "town citizens" regarding Northborough when they were young
• Applications for grant monies
• Repair Cold-Harbor Brook bridge at Church Street
